Irek Roslon is passionate about innovations that can make a real impact on society. With an entrepreneurial mindset he wants to bring graphene nanomotion sensors to maturity. During his PhD at the Precision and Microsystems Engineering department at TU Delft, he worked on developing suspended graphene sensors for detection of gasses and small forces. This research has led to the measurement of forces from single live bacteria, technology now at the heart of SoundCell’s rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing.
The unique multidisciplinary conference where industry and academics come together to discuss applications and solutions of optical measurement techniques.
