Patrick Jansen studied applied physics at the University of Twente and finished his dissertation in 2014. The dissertation is titled “Droplet dynamics on chemically striped patterned surfaces: An experimental and computational study”, which focused on liquid behaviour on such surfaces. He has experience in R&D, robot optimization and signal analysis. Currently, he is a senior scientist at NLR at the Structures Testing and Evaluation department. His main topic of research is combining different NDI techniques in a multi-domain approach, concentrating on eddy-current, ultrasonic, thermography, shearography, and 3d optical scanning using structured light.
The unique multidisciplinary conference where industry and academics come together to discuss applications and solutions of optical measurement techniques.
