Pallab Kr Gogoi
Field Of Expertise: Acoustics

Pallab Kr Gogoi is currently pursuing his PhD in Space System Engineering at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. His research centers on developing miniaturized, high-efficiency RF technologies to advance Acoustic Optical Tunable Filters (AOTFs) for spectroscopic applications and designing deployable antennas for small satellite systems. With a pioneering approach to RF system design, Pallab has consistently demonstrated his expertise throughout his academic career. His accomplishments include the prestigious IEEE APS Graduate Fellowship in 2024, supporting his research on antenna technologies for space applications. He also received the IEEE MTT-S Student Ambassador Grant for 2023-2024, and the IEEE Pre-Graduate Fellowship in 2021. In recognition of his contributions, Pallab was awarded the Best Student Paper Award (PG Category)
in the Microwave Track at the Wireless, Antenna and Microwave Symposium (WAMS 2022) at NIT Rourkela and earned an Honourable Mention for the Best Paper Award at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave and RF Conference (IMaRC) in 2019.
