Michal Kozupa is working as a Principal Scientist in Hitachi Energy Research. He has been a noise management expert in the energy distribution industry for over a decade, specializing in the implementation and development of technological strategies. As a project leader, he focuses on design methodologies and noise reduction solutions for transformers, EV chargers, converters and other products for sustainable energy. Michal Kozupa is the author and co-author of several patents and scientific publications in the field of vibroacoustics.
He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Acoustic Research and Innovation Centre (ARIC) in Wroclaw, the Polish Acoustic Society, and the Polish Committee of Large Electric Networks – CIGRE. Michal Kozupa is also associated with the AGH University in Krakow through research and development collaborations, guest lectures, and as a supervisor and reviewer of master’s theses.
Michal Kozupa holds a PhD in mechanics from AGH University.
