Loïc Lahaye received the M.S. degree in electromechanical engineering from the UCLouvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 2022, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Electronics and Applied Mathematics (ICTEAM). His research topics are oriented towards strain engineering studies in silicon and vanadium dioxide and in the development of flexible MEMS devices.
