Field Of Expertise: Aerospace

I am a PhD candidate in the space instrumentation group at TU Delft. In my work, I investigate the impact of polarisation of light in nulling interferometry and address ways to control polarisation of light to improve the null-depth. Additionally, I am interested in understanding whether polarized light from astrophysical sources can be measured in a nulling-interferometer to extract properties of these sources? I obtained Master’s degree in astrophysics from the University of Geneva, and I worked on the impact of the wavefront on spatial filtering for the Large Interferometer For Exoplanets (LIFE)at ETH Zürich towards M.S. thesis.
