Practical information parallel sessions:

• Time available including questions : 20 minutes per presentation
• Please present yourself 5-10 minutes before the session in the correct room.
• Supply your presentation file on a usb memory stick if possible as a backup
• We have laptops available where we will already open all presentations upfront of your session
• Please send us your Powerpoint presentation slide deck before 19/03/2025 (info@measuringbylight.com)

Practical information poster:

• Format= A1 (594 x 840 mm) or (23,4 x 33,1 inch):
• Important information should be readable from about 4m
• Title is short and draws interest
• Word count of about 300 to 800 words
• Text is clear and to the point
• Use of bullets, numbering, and headlines make it easy to read
• Effective use of graphics, color and fonts
• Consistent and clean layout
• Includes acknowledgments, your name and institutional affiliation
